Revenue disclosure policies

At Life Time Global, we believe in transparency and honesty in everything we do, including revenue disclosure to our distributors. Below are our revenue disclosure policies:

The Company does not guarantee or promise any specific income to its distributors. Distributors' income is the direct result of their own effort, dedication and skills in developing their business, as well as other factors such as the economy and the market in which their business is conducted.

The Company discloses general information about its distributors' earnings as part of its promotional process. However, any representations of earnings should be considered hypothetical examples only and not promises or guarantees of actual earnings.

The Company will provide distributors with detailed information on the compensation structure and how commissions are calculated. This will include information on qualification requirements, payment of commissions and bonuses, and any other pertinent information related to the compensation plan.

In the event that any pertinent authority so requires by means of an official order, Life Time Global Company will disclose the detailed information of the income obtained by each independent distributor. However, the income information of the distributors will not be disclosed to individuals, but it will be reflected in the administrative panel of each distributor, in such a way that it will be up to the decision of each Distributor whether or not to share this information.

The Company discourages any practice that suggests that success in the Company's business can be achieved without effort and dedication. The Company also prohibits any false or misleading statements about the income that can be achieved in the business.

The Company reserves the right to take disciplinary action against distributors who violate these revenue disclosure policies. This may include termination of the distribution agreement or revocation of distribution rights.
