We ship our products directly from our warehouses to your shipping address. We are committed to shipping orders within 48 hours after payment confirmation, on business days. On rare occasions, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, holidays, or transportation problems.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and/or dimensions of the product and the shipping location. The cost will be displayed on the checkout page prior to checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a shipping tracking number. You can track your package using this tracking number on the carrier's website. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of tracking information provided by companies outside of our company.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for shipments lost or delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be informed and offered the option to reship your order to the correct address. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
A signature will be required at the time of delivery to confirm receipt of your order. If you are not available to receive the package at the shipping address, the carrier will leave a notice with instructions on how to schedule a redelivery or how to pick up the package at a local branch.
If your package arrives damaged, please inform us immediately. Please provide photos of the package and the damaged product. We will endeavor to resolve any shipping problems as soon as possible.
